Warranty Policy
At Dbarn products are manufactured using good quality materials. We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment. Our products are manufactured using high quality materials. Defects and variance in product must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. Issues not presented within 7 days of delivery will not be considered and will not be warranted.
Products must be inspected promptly by the customer for damage and defects at the time of purchase or delivery. If the customer finds a material defect in material or workmanship in any product, part or component, customer must report such defect during the relevant warranty period to customer Service [email protected]
Dbarn will repair or replace the product free of charge. Replacement or repair of product does not extend its warranty period beyond the original warranty expiration date. All Product warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original customer with proof of purchase.

Material and Workmanship Warranty
We give a warranty against faulty material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sales by repairing or at our option and/or replacing free of charge, the faulty product that may be found during such period.
Scope of Warranty
- Manufacturing and material defects.
- Wood and metal finishes, provided the use and care of the product are followed as per the intended use and maintenance procedures.
- Ripping of tailoring seams provided the use and care of the product are followed as per the intended use and maintenance procedure.
- Joinery of wooden structures.
- Joints of metal structures.
- All metal and wood finishes change slightly with time due to the natural behaviour of the finishes. Such a change does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- All foam composites do naturally soften with use. This softening does not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- Customers are required to follow suitable wet mop cleaning of wood, metal, stone, glass, mirror, acrylic and veneer surfaces using no aggressive cleaning agents.
- Customers are required to follow the dry cleaning of fabric upholstered furniture not using aggressive chemicals.
- Customers are required to follow degreasing, buffing and shining of leather furniture using recommended compounds only.
- Products once set up after unpacking in a particular location must not be repacked with unauthorized packaging material or moved to another location. This warranty is not extended to the product if subjected to repackaging and relocation.
Warranty does not cover
- It does not extend to consequential damage or losses.
- It does not apply if repairs and modifications or any kind of alterations have been found to be carried out by external agencies.
- It does not cover deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions.
- It does not cover normal wear and tears.
- It does not cover Mirror, Glass, Stone, Marble and acrylic.
- It will be based on the Standard Operating procedures governing product warranties and the manufacturer's decision in handling such warranties shall be final and bearing on the customer.
